Join us on our Junior Account Executive Graduate Programme where you will get involved in business development activities that help us get more customers. You will also support with strengthening our existing customer relationships by getting to know their business challenges and making sure Colt is who they work with to solve them.

You’ll also be responsible for:

Effectively communicating with internal stakeholders on how our sales strategy will drive profitable growth

Developing your expertise in Colt’s entire product suite

Actively identifying new opportunities and expanding customer scope

Giving the best industry service through retaining existing revenue and attaining additional business

Collaborating with Account Managers to develop plans based on industry trends and customer analysis including, preparing executive profiles and maintaining assigned accounts.

What do we look for?

You must be proficient in English and German, and either have a Bachelors or Masters university degree with a real passion for Sales. We thrive on your ambition, curiosity to learn, and drive to develop, so we want to see your motivation and competitiveness to make your mark. Other qualities we’re interested in include:
