YOUR MISSION
We’re looking for a working student to join our
AI Team as a co-developer in building decision
support tools and intelligent agents.
In this role, you’ll focus on translating
economic theory into structured logic - by
designing, testing, and refining prompts for a
generative AI model that draws on principles from
game theory and auction design. You’ll also
contribute to building AI agents that (1) use
these models to support real-world decision-making
and (2) leverage internal knowledge and data to
enhance tasks of a strategic consultancy. This may
also involve the improvement of internal data
processing and storage in order to leverage
existing data for the development of AI agents.
YOUR PROFILE
- Master’s student with a background in
economics, business economics, mathematics,
physics, computer science, or a related field
- Strong foundation in modern economic
theory
- Solid knowledge of game theory and auction
mechanisms
- Proficient in coding, especially in Python
- Interested in prompt design, code
structuring, and testing model behavior and
ideally some previous experience in building AI
agents
WHY US?
You will gain insights into the way of working
of a consultancy that applies strategic
negotiations and game theory in the industry,
while working closely with our team at the
intersection of economics, strategy, and AI,
helping to bridge the gap between theory and
practical application.
WHAT WE OFFER
- A 6-month contract with 16 working hours per
week
- A role that offers both professional and
personal development
- Individual onboarding and close
collaboration within the team
- Regular feedback meetings to support your
growth
- Flexible working hours and remote work
possible
- Great working atmosphere in one of our
modern offices in Berlin or Munich
