Tasks and Responsibilities
•Visiting laboratories, research centers,
universities, hospitals for the presentation and
sale of the entire range of molecular diagnostics
products represented.
•To manage the communication with customers
and to provide customer support: To provide the
customers necessary information and documentation,
to answer general and routine technical questions
of the customers, informing customers about the
specifications, usage, storage or delivery of the
product-service.
•To keep the records of all the performed
activities and report them to the Management.
•To analyze the market and potential
customers, to provide feedback to R&D, Sales,
Marketing, and Logistics.
•To organize&coordinate the customer
training and demonstration visits, to organize and
the required human resources, kits, materials,
equipment, instruments, etc. for these visits.
•To organize and perform customer training
sessions and demonstration visits at customer
sites.
