Job Description：
1. Participate in modular development and performance optimization of AIGC video production pipelines.
2. Enhance video generation quality for business scenarios through model fine-tuning and training.
3. Research and implement optimization and deployment of algorithms.
Requirements:
1. Expertise:
- Strong background in image/video generation; familiar with principles of generative algorithms (e.g., Stable Diffusion).
2. Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Python and PyTorch with solid programming fundamentals.
- Experience with tools like Hugging Face; knowledge of distributed training/inference for models.
3. Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience in text-to-image, image-to-image, or text-to-video projects (or related publications).
- Familiarity with Diffusers framework for secondary development.
- Strong innovation mindset and problem-solving skills for complex challenges.
