Role: Marketing & Growth Associate: Support real marketing and sales strategies by:

- Creating and executing campaigns (online/offline)
- Designing content and social media for senior tech talent
- Conducting market and competitor research
- Assisting outbound B2B lead generation
- Optimizing sales funnels and tracking KPIs

Your Profile
- Strategic, proactive mindset
- Interest in startups, tech, growth
- Strong English (German a plus)
- Background in Management, Marketing, or similar
