What you will work on:
As a Working Student - Workplace Management (f/d/m), you will play an important role in keeping our office clean, safe, and welcoming. You will support company events, manage supplies and vendors, and help create a positive workplace experience by leveraging technology, automation, and workplace tools.
How you will leave your footprint:
- Support the setup and maintenance of FERNRIDE
office spaces, including arranging desks,
decorating, and providing ergonomic equipment
under guidance.
- Manage the workplace-related service desk,
helping to resolve employee requests.
- Plan, organise, and facilitate events and
meetings, such as quarterly gatherings,
team-building activities, and meetings for both
internal and external audiences.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail,
packages, and deliveries, ensuring timely
distribution.
- Order and maintain stock of snacks,
beverages, and office supplies, ensuring
availability while staying within budget.
