Position Details
Senior Specialist Product Audit Planner
Major Responsibilities
• Support in planning and steering of the product audit process.
• Coordinate and execute audits, analyze results, and report findings.
• Ensure feedback loops and continuous improvement measures.

Senior Specialist Powertrain & Chassis Validation
Major Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, and evaluate validation methods for powertrain and chassis systems.
• Detect, analyze, and escalate deviations from target states.
• Ensure robust product design from a production perspective.

Senior Specialist E/E Validation
Major Responsibilities
• Conduct validation of vehicle electronic and electrical systems.
• Apply virtual validation, hardware-in-the-loop, and test bench methods.
• Analyze problems and define corrective actions.

Senior Specialist E/E Process Planning
Major Responsibilities
• Define and optimize processes for E/E development and validation.
• Support cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with BMW standards.
• Develop process documentation and training materials.

Senior Specialist System Integration
Major Responsibilities
• Conduct validation of complete vehicles from a system integration perspective.
• Plan and schedule validation activities across the entire vehicle.
• Ensure compliance with production feasibility and quality requirements.
• Act as BBA representative in collaboration with BMW Germany.

Senior Specialist Vehicle Safety Validation
Major Responsibilities
• Plan and execute validation for vehicle safety functions.
• Perform crash test planning, monitoring, and evaluation.
• Analyze test results and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Senior Specialist Vehicle Energy Management
Major Responsibilities
• Develop and validate vehicle energy management strategies.
• Support hybrid and electric vehicle projects.
• Analyze energy consumption data and optimize system strategies.

Senior Specialist Vehicle Networking and Diagnosis
Major Responsibilities
• Validate vehicle networking and diagnosis systems.
• Ensure reliable communication across vehicle control units.
• Develop diagnostic strategies and analyze error logs.

General Qualifications
• Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Vehicle Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related disciplines.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in cross-functional and international teams.
• High self-learning ability and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient in English; German language skills are an advantage.
