About Us We’re an early-stage startup on a mission to transform how asset intensive organizations manage their business with AI-driven performance mining. Actions required to keep performance on-track are smartly recommended from a deep knowledge repository. The solution empowers leaders to make asset management strategic, value-driven, and practical. We’re building from the ground up—and we’re looking for a Founding Engineer to help us shape the product, the stack, and the culture.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and scale backend systems and APIs from scratch
  • Design and manage data pipelines and database architecture
  • Integrate with complex systems like SAP S/4HANA
  • Collaborate with product and design to ship fast and iterate
  • Make foundational decisions on architecture and infrastructure
  • Grow into a technical leadership role as we scale

What We’re Looking For

  • You’ve built backend systems in production environments
  • Strong experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and data warehousing (Snowflake, BigQuery, etc.)
  • You know your way around ETL/ELT pipelines and data modeling
  • You thrive in ambiguity and love wearing multiple hats
  • You communicate clearly and think like a product owner
  • Bonus: Experience with SAP integration, ML pipelines, or cloud platforms
