Role Overview

We are looking for a curious and motivated person who wants to help shape how we use data and AI to make real estate investment more sustainable, transparent, and efficient. You will work at the intersection of data, automation, and business insight – together with colleagues from different disciplines - and play an integral part of the global AI project.

Role Responsibilities

Responsibilities and tasks include, but are not limited to:

Identify and prioritize use cases: Record processes, quantify pain points, define quick wins and pilot cases for LLM & automation
Develop AI prototypes: For example, automating data extraction or creating report drafts
Build small automation tools: Standardise Excel tools, use Power Query/VBA, small Python scripts or low-code flows (Power Automate)
Support data & reporting processes: Data validation, testing, documentation, and user guidance
Improve data quality & flows: Set up error checks, metadata, and interfaces between systems
Enablement & governance: Quick guides, training, ROI tracking; responsible use of AI (costs & resources)

Job Requirements

Degree in finance/real estate, (business) information technology, data/business analytics, economics, or similar
Interest in real estate investments and curiosity about how data and technology can improve the industry
Strong Excel skills; experience with Power Query, VBA, Python, SQL or low-code tools is a plus
Experience or interest in LLMs/prompting and data processing
Very good German (C1) and confident English
Working style: structured, reliable, collaborative, and proactive
Availability: ideally 6 months (full-time or part-time flexibility possible)
