What you’ll bring:
Required Qualifications
● Educational Background: Enrolled in
graduate studies in Economics, Business
Administration, Marketing, Computer Science,
Engineering, Physics, or related fields.
● Analytical & Research Skills:
Proficient in analyzing complex data (e.g.,
Excel), conducting research, and creating
compelling presentations (e.g., PowerPoint).
● Self-Motivated Team Player: Reliable, able
to work independently with minimal supervision,
and effective in a collaborative environment.
● Excellent Communication: Fluent in
English, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications
● Technical Skills: Familiarity with data
analysis tools (e.g., Python, Pandas) is a plus.
● Language Proficiency: German language
skills are advantageous.
● Adaptability: Eager to learn and thrive in
a fast-paced startup environment.
● Project Management: Basic understanding of
project management principles.
What you’ll do:
● Data Annotation for Benchmarking: Create
high-quality ground truth data by annotating
pharmaceutical datasets to benchmark AI workflows
and support machine learning features.
● Strategic Support: Assist leadership with
ad-hoc projects, conduct research, create
presentations, and handle tasks essential for
strategic decisions.
● Research & Insights: Collaborate with
teams to deliver data-driven insights that inform
business strategies.
