Requirements:
·Degree in IT or equivalent experience
·CompTIA A+ or MCP certification preferred
·Hands-on experience with AD, GPOs, and
Office 365
·Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving
skills
·Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
·Excellent communication and customer
service skills
·Cloud experience (Azure, Intune)
·Network basics (TCP/IP, VPN)
