As an Onsite IT Support Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring a seamless IT experience for our client’s workforce. This position combines technical troubleshooting with customer interaction, providing you the chance to excel in both IT support and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Provide onsite and remote IT support for incidents, service requests, and general queries.
Deploy, configure, and maintain hardware, including PCs, laptops, Cisco phones, and mobile devices.
Roll out workplace software and applications, ensuring quality control.
Serve as a liaison between IT Operations, customers, and third-party providers.
Conduct inventory and asset management of IT hardware.
Escalate critical incidents to senior managers and provide customized reporting as needed.
Support Cisco devices, Surface Hubs, and other workplace tools.

Requirements
Technical:
3+ years of experience in IT Desktop Support.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Windows 10, Visio, and Active Directory.
