Venturi Unternehmerkapital is an entrepreneurially driven search fund founded by two professionals with backgrounds in venture capital (Principal @ Redstone, Investment Associate @ Picus Capital) and strategy consulting (Project Leader @ BCG, Harvard MBA).
Our joint mission is to acquire an established SME in the DACH region that is facing a succession situation – and to sustainably develop it through strategic initiatives.
We are currently in the active deal phase – systematically screening potential acquisition targets, initiating discussions with business owners, and working on concrete transactions. For this exciting and entrepreneurial stage, we’re looking for motivated interns who are eager to experience real-world company acquisitions up close and actively contribute to the process.
